When will I have to start paying?

The changes will go live on 1-Sept-2022. If you are currently on a free trial plan, don’t panic. PayLab will continue to work. The free trial functionality will be phased out progressively.

I’m on Power/Professional plan, what does this mean for me?

You will see the plan will have a new name and the good news is the price remains the same!

Power will be called Performer and Professional  will be called Premium.

I use PayLab to certify claims, do I need to change my subscription?

If you are on Basic/Power  you will need to upgrade to Premium.

If you are on the Professional plan and you manage claims from more than 20 contracts, you will need to upgrade to an Enterprise plan.

I don’t know what plan I am on, or how much I’m paying. What do I need to do?

Good question, you can check this in PayLab ‘Manage Account’ section. If there’s no plan currently displayed, then you are on the free trial plan.
