Sometimes the existing information doesn't make sense for your situation! Maybe things just don't work the way the guide describes it. Or even if you just prefer having someone help you through things.
To get help with your particular problem, please
- Submit a request using the PayLab Request Form and the Support Team will respond as soon as they can.
- Where possible, attach screenshots &/or screen-capture video showing the context and issue you need help with.
- To permit the PayLab support team to action changes on your behalf, you can also turn on 'Help Desk Mode' to let some PayLab support team members access your account.
