      Release 23.25 (19.12.23)

      • Retired the onboarding tour of Vault.
      • Improvement: better handling for not-logged-in users.
      • Fixed: Top-level categories were occasionally appearing in the menu that shouldn't have been there.

      • Status Tracker can now be survey controlled just like Plan Viewer. This allows Status Tracker marker to have full x, y survey coordinates.
      • Improvement: the asset dashboard map now centres on your location.
      • Improvement: AI anomalies in IoTHub were hard to see on the graph. The purple dots are now easier to see.
      • Fixed: single document access control not letting users see the file.
      • Fixed: When clicking on any defect photo, the green circle appears and keeps spinning.
      • Fixed: When navigating through photos on a marker, the image size shrinks.
      • Fixed: Status Tracker steps with no name for a step causes an error.
      • Fixed: IoTHub sensors with no data causes an error.

      • Videos (MP4) and images can now be added directly to the asset menu in a data dashboard.
      • Fixed: The names of the defect files are not displayed in Status Tracker.
      • Fixed: Status Tracker workflow popup - tooltip gets cut off.
      • Fixed: Status Tracker mobile screens not filling available space.
      • Fixed: Attempting to edit the global categories caused an error.

      Release 23.21 (31.10.23)

        • Users can now configure email alerts for both individual and group recipients, as well as in-app notifications. When a step in the Status Tracker workflow is completed, the specified users will receive notifications via email and/or app.
        • Users will now receive notifications, either through email or within Vault, when a specific step in the Status Tracker workflow is completed.
        • Users now have the ability to modify Status Tracker workflows using a text editor for enhanced configuration and control. This update is perfect for power users who want to easily replicate complex workflows.
        • Users can more easily access content associated to a marker through a dropdown menu within Plan Viewer.
        • Plan Viewer users now have the ability to preview content in a modal – making it easier to view any content associated with the marker.
        • Several other improvements and bug fixes.

      • When setting up a Plan Viewer, images in File Manager can be used for the map.
      • In Plan Viewer, when interacting with items in the Plan Viewer side-bar, the corresponding marker pin on the map will be selected, so that it is easier to tell which marker is related to items in the side-bar.
      • Improvement: create a confirmation popup when Vault admins are wanting to edit an asset if the status of the asset is either restoring, archiving, or deleting. 
      • Fixed: Status Trackers with lots of markers suffered from slow loading.
      • Fixed: Weird selection issue when adding documents to markers in Plan Viewer.
      • Fixed: Progress Report - Status Tracker -> Defects not reported correctly
      • Fixed: When adding a new user, once you select add user it redirects to the manage asset page (should go back to the manage users page).

      • Users can now choose the option to prevent workflows from progressing due to a defect being raised in Status Tracker.

      • The AI engine now undertakes predictions on finish dates for progress tracking in Status Tracker based on previous performance and weather.

      • Users can now more finely tune their notification digest content and email summary.

      • Users now have the ability to delete unwanted photos in Status Tracker.

      • Users can now use a PDF document as a Map file in plan viewer - previously users were restricted to images only.

      • Users can now view the full workflow in Status Tracker by clicking in the new workflow icon on the right side of the screen.

      • Users can now easily add and rearrange steps in the Status Tracker workflow

      • Users can now duplicate a workflow in Status Tracker by clicking on the copy icon from the Manage Applications screen.

      • Admins can now manage assets at the top asset level once created - this allows for easier management of assets such as ones that are no longer active, or created by accident.

      • With the new text-based editor feature, users can now easily configure multiple Status Trackers.

      • Plan Viewer filter is now visible when viewing plans - this makes for a superior search experience.

      • Top level category selection is retained as the default after leaving and returning to vault.

      • Expanded side-bar state in Vault is retained.

      • Ability to add and view comments so that the user can add and view additional information associated to an item in Plan Viewer.

      • Plan Viewer image is prioritised to the front above the map making it easier to view the image rather than clicking on a button to display it.

      • Ability to create links to PDFs in File Manager that have been created as an app. Users can now select a PDF from File Manager and use it as a Data Dashboard.

      • Users can now add a pdf or document to the workflow in Status Tracker. Previously, users were limited to adding photos or videos to the workflow.

      • Several improvements and bug fixes.
