Attach Documents
Being able to attach documents to your Claim or Certificate and then the ability to share them with your third party through PayLab. This will be added to our “Issue with email sending service” functionality shortly. Again, it's another great way of keeping all your Claim and Certificate documentation in one place.
Task Reminders
If you have any tasks due, for example, approving a Claim or Issuing a Certificate, these will appear at the top of your Dashboard screen. By clicking the task reminder, it will take you to the appropriate page for completing the task. Top Tip: You can also see outstanding tasks by clicking on the bell at the top right of your PayLab screen.
